Brendan and Beatrice Murphy warmly welcome you to their 19th century Chateau in the exquisite village of Nans Sous Sainte Anne in Franche Comte.

Nestling in the foothills of the Jura mountains, the countryside surrounding the village is famous for its nature trails, horse riding, canoeing, cycling, caving, rock climbing and trout fishing. For those planning a more relaxed summer holiday, the abundant historical monuments, castles, military forts, museums and thermal baths are all very close to hand. In the winter, a ski de fond course is just a few kilometres away and the downhill pistes of Metabief a half hour's drive. The Chateau is a twenty-minute trek to the spectacular waterfall at the Source du Lison and a gentle stroll to the village's own restaurant.

Treat yourself to a restful night in an elegant period room and feast on a breakfast of fresh croissants and brioche served with home-made conserve, cereal, fruit juices, tea and coffee in the refectory.
